Which areas do you service?

We service North Hampton, Hampton, Rye and parts of Stratham, Exeter, Greenland and Portsmouth.

Are you bonded and insured?

Yes, for the safety of your dog and your home, we are bonded and insured.

Will you pick up my dog at my home?

Yes, we will. Once we meet with you at your home and get to know your pet, we'll ask that you provide us with a copy of your keys.

Will my dog get personalized care?

Yes! We love animals and enjoy giving them lots of attention and personalized service.

What if there is an emergency while my pet is under your care?

We maintain information on animal hospitals in the area and will have on file telephone numbers where you can be reached, the name of your veterinarian and anything else that you would like us to know in case of an emergency.

When are payments due?

Typically, payment is weekly, due on the last visit of the week. We coordinate with you to arrange a payment schedule that works for you.

What are your cancellation policies?

We ask that you cancel by 5:00 pm the day prior but we understand that plans change and we aim to be flexible.
